These Terms of Service govern your use of bellelumierenc.com and your interactions with Belle Lumière Aesthetics through the website. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Who you are contracting with
Belle Lumière Aesthetics is a trading name of WGH Cosmetics LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company established in 2026, with its registered business address at 1033 Dresser Court, Raleigh, NC 27609 and EIN 42-2945013. References to "we", "us", and "Belle Lumière" in these terms mean WGH Cosmetics LLC. Card statements, invoices, and receipts for orders placed on this website are issued in the name of WGH Cosmetics LLC.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with site security or operation, misuse forms or checkout, attempt unauthorized access, copy site content for commercial use, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Information and availability
We work to keep descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other website information accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct errors, update content, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or change offerings when reasonably necessary. Product packaging and appearance may vary from website images.
Consultations and studio services

Service recommendations, timing, pricing, contraindications, preparation, and aftercare are confirmed directly by the studio after consultation. Individual experiences vary. Appointments and cancellations
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by the studio. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact the studio as early as possible. Any appointment-specific deposit, cancellation, late-arrival, or no-show terms will be disclosed before booking and will control for that appointment.
Orders and payment
By submitting an order, you represent that the billing and payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total are shown during checkout. Online checkout is intended for eligible skincare products unless the website expressly states otherwise.
Third-party payments and financing
Payment plans or financing, when offered, are provided by independent third parties and may require a separate application and approval. Their rates, fees, disclosures, privacy notices, and agreements govern the financing relationship. Belle Lumière does not guarantee approval or particular financing terms.
HSA and FSA payments
Where HSA/FSA payment is offered, it is processed by an independent third-party provider, and eligibility is determined by a licensed healthcare provider who reviews a health questionnaire you complete. Belle Lumière does not determine eligibility, does not issue Letters of Medical Necessity, and does not guarantee that any purchase will be approved or reimbursed by your plan. Items are classified on this website against IRS Publication 502; cosmetic and appearance-directed products and services are marked as not eligible and cannot be purchased with health account funds. You are responsible for confirming coverage with your plan administrator, for using health account funds only for expenses that qualify under your plan, and for retaining your itemized receipt and any Letter of Medical Necessity as substantiation. Nothing on this website is medical, legal, or tax advice.
Refunds of HSA and FSA payments
A purchase paid for with health account funds is refunded to the same health account card used for the purchase. We cannot issue such a refund to a different payment method, in cash, or as store credit, because the funds must return to the account they were drawn from. Where a refund to the original card is not possible, we will coordinate with the payment provider on an alternative that keeps the funds within the health account.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Product shipping is governed by our Shipping Information page. Product returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges page. Service-related refunds, credits, deposits, or cancellation charges are determined under the terms disclosed for the applicable appointment or treatment plan.
Intellectual property
The website's branding, design, text, graphics, photographs, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Belle Lumière Aesthetics and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website under these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated here. Belle Lumière is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in North Carolina, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
